The studio
For a number of years we have been looking for the opportunity to offer classes to complement the work which we do in our therapy centre.
The move to our new premises has now allowed us to do this.
Yoga
Yoga synchronises breath and movement. This produces an internal heat that has many beneficial effects, the most obvious being flexibility and strength.
There is also an element of injury prevention and healing as well as a general feeling of wellbeing in both body and mind.
