Physiotherapy
This is essentially a hands-on method of treatment to resolve problems of the musculoskeletal system. Treatments may involve mobilisation or manipulation of the soft tissues, eg muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues, and joints. Exercises, stretching, or electrotherapy modalities such as ultrasound and interferential may also be involved.

- Back and neck pain eg sciatica
- Joint problems
- Soft tissue problems such as muscle, ligament or tendon damage
- Muscle imbalances
- Sports injuries eg ankle sprains, knee injuries.
- Postural problems eg work-related repetitive strain injury
